Do you provide itineraries?

Yes, custom itineraries are provided for every trip with a detailed outline. Should the itinerary not answer all of your questions prior to the trip, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to provide further assistance.

Do you accommodate customers with special needs?

We will be happy to work with you on this. Just let us know in advance of any special group needs, so we can answer your questions about the accessibility of motels and activities and comply, wherever possible, with the ADA. Then indicate on your rooming list anyone who needs first floor accommodations, or a special diet.

What do I do if I need more information on a particular tour?

Please email or call us for any additional information. A tour consultant will help answer your questions and send you more information on the tours you select.

How do I book a trip?

All tours can be booked and paid for directly online, over the phone by calling 484-269-1427, or by mailing a check made payable to Teri's Group Tours LLC, P.O. Box 2349, Sinking Spring, Pa 19608. If you're booking a trip by mail, please include: your name, address, phone number, email address and roommate name (if applicable).

What if i have to cancel my trip?

Our main focus is customer satisfaction, and we understand that unplanned cancelations occur. Unfortunately, if cancellations for bus tours occur within two weeks before the trip, there may be nonrefundable deposits involved unless a replacement traveler is found. The refund policy for overnight or ticketed items will vary. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance which can be purchased separately at your local AAA or a third party online trip insurance company. Teri's Group Tours LLC does not sell travel insurance.

Where do trips depart from?

Unless otherwise noted, all trips depart from the rear parking lot of Colonial Fitness, located at 3190 Shillington Rd, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Thank you to Colonial Fitness & Berks Lanes for your partnership, we encourage our passengers to patronize them.
